MASS organization is running vocational training programe is various trades for the livelihood of poor and disabled women .work is being done to strengthen women in the society economically and socially. Handicrafts in Block chiraigaon ,Block cholapur of Varanasi district .vocational training is being done on Toys, Wooden toys, Incense sticks , candles, Wall hangings, Handicraft purses, Dalhousie tailoring, boutique work etc.
The organization does the work of making available raw materials, testing them with master trainers, contacting shopkeepers for the sale of finished goods, setting up stalls in fairs and exhibitions and selling them
In the 37 years between 1987 and 2024,the organization has contributed to making more than 5000 women of various districts of Uttar Pradesh ,Varanasi ,Ghazipur, Jaunpur, Mirzapur, Gorakhpur, Ayodhya, Chandauli districts economically strong by providing then of the society who are socially and economically weak.
