MASS Organization aims to eliminate gender inequality in the society, patriarchal society, Oppression of women by their own families through various acts, old traditions which harm the equality of women, etc.

Between 2002 and 2024 the organization has carried out the work of Women help line, Women Selter Home ,Bati Bacho Beti Padhao, Run by the central Government and State Government in the interest of women victims of domestic violence due to women trafficking schemes, to reach the girls who have run away from home to their homes., creating compromise in the family, Ending family disputes between husband and wife, Stopping divorce, stopping female feticide, providing legal justice ,the organization has benefited 1680 women.
